This study conducted a survey of these graduates on four groups of professional competencies. 摘要

基于CDIO方法的大学培训计划是在通过科学、逻辑和可衡量的学习成果系统来发展学习者的素质和能力的方向上建立的。K58作为我校第一个受益于CDIO方法培训项目的课程,在一个周期的应用后,需要对120名学员的专业能力进行调查和评估,以评估培训项目的有效性,这是及时改进和调整培训项目的依据。本研究对这些毕业生进行了四组专业能力的调查。所得结果反映了小学教育部门培训质量的提高,同时也为今后改进和发展小学教师培训计划的活动提供了实践依据,以满足国家工业化、现代化和国际一体化背景下国家教育创新的要求。
