本文对皮革的市场状况、进出口规模进行了分析。介绍了国际贸易中海关皮革鉴定专家鉴定的程序。本署对皮革进行鉴定专家检验，并发出鉴定结果供海关使用。根据协调商品名称及编码制度(HS)和乌克兰对外经济活动货物分类(UСGFEA)，皮革的编码是根据鉴定专家审查的结果确定的。
