For the human body to function efficiently requires overall balance and stability. Unhealthy lifestyle factors are often associated with lifestyle disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA). RA is characterized by an immune system response affecting the skeletal system, leading to joint dysfunction, inflammation, and pain. However, this condition can also impact other areas of the body. Combatting RA involves using specific nutrients that aid in symptom control and overall management of the condition. By consuming these nutrients in appropriate amounts from suitable sources, it becomes possible to alleviate symptoms and manage the illness effectively. Alongside nutrient intake, lifestyle management is crucial in achieving positive outcomes. Proper nutrition and regular physical activity are effective in combating the disease. additionally, certain medicinal herbs have shown potential in alleviating symptoms and promoting overall health.
