Arifin Surian's Pondok Kacang business, there are various obstacles in the development process. Because the concept of halal logistics is indeed by Islamic law, which is not limited to logos or packaging that has halal permits, this study aims to determine the development of the Halal Logistics concept for H. Arifin's peanut cottage business using Fishbone analysis. The type of data needed in this research is qualitative data. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Fishbone approach. The results showed that the application of Halal Logistics at Pondok Kacang H. Arifin Surian's Business was that supply chain activities were not carried out optimally, such as at the production, storage, and distribution stages. Solving or solving problems from the Halal Logistics system at H. Arifin Surian's Pondok Kacang Business found in business actors and the resources used in implementing Halal Logistics can be overcome by applying Islamic Sharia throughout supply chain activities. Obstacles such as production process activities, packaging processes, warehousing, distribution, and transportation in the implementation of the supply chain should pay attention to the halalness of a product by maintaining cleanliness and separating between halal and non-halal products in H. 摘要
在H.
