Upadacitinib (Rinvoq)

This review assesses upadacitinib (Rinvoq), 15 mg and 30 mg extended-release tablets, oral. Indication: For the treatment of adults with active ankylosing spondylitis who have had an inadequate response to a biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug or when use of those therapies is inadvisable; may be used as monotherapy or in combination with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
