摘要

本文对露天矿带式输送机停机原因的揭示进行了研究。研究结果表明，造成上述问题的主要原因是矿石破碎、进一步装卸和输送机运输过程中产生的工艺粉尘。密集的粉尘-空气混合物沉积在输送机的旋转机构上，进入轴承单元和摩擦齿轮表面，使零件的磨损过程加速几倍。
