[Participants and Methods] The subjects were 60 female day-care users. Measurements of physical function, muscle thickness of the lower limbs, and muscle echo intensity, and a Life Space Assessment (LSA) were made. The correlations between LSA and each variable in each group were examined. [Results] The variables that showed significant correlations with LSA in the sarcopenia group were grip strength, Timed Up and Go Test (TUG), thickness of the thigh muscle, and echo intensity of the lower leg muscles. TUG was found to have the greatest impact on LSA. 【目的】本研究旨在阐明日托患者下肢骨骼肌形态和身体功能与生活空间的关系。【对象与方法】研究对象为60名女性日托使用者。测量身体功能、下肢肌肉厚度、肌肉回声强度和生命空间评估(LSA)。检验各组中LSA与各变量之间的相关性。[结果]肌少症组与LSA有显著相关的变量为握力、Timed Up and Go Test (TUG)、大腿肌肉厚度、小腿肌肉回声强度。发现TUG对LSA的影响最大。【结论】为了了解本研究对象的生活空间,建议以行走能力为重点评估骨骼肌形态是重要的。
