摘要

本研究旨在探讨品牌形象与服务品质同时或部分影响布列楞摄政王使用提提潘克拉特探险服务之决定。本研究采用因果定量的研究设计。本研究中样本的确定采用非概率抽样技术,即有目的抽样。本研究的样本数量为100名受访者。数据收集工具采用问卷调查法,分析技术采用多元线性回归分析。研究结果表明:(1)品牌形象和服务质量对布列楞县居民使用提提潘克拉特服务的决策有显著影响。(2)品牌形象对布列楞摄政地区使用提提潘克拉特探险服务的决策具有显著的正向影响。(3)服务质量对布伦楞县Titipan Kilat探险服务的使用决策具有显著的正向影响。
