As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia is a significant market for halal products. Understanding the factors that drive consumer intentions to buy Halal products is very important for business people and policymakers to meet the increasing demand for Halal products in this country. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. The findings from this study will provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors that shape consumer attitudes and behavior towards halal products. 摘要

本研究旨在分析影响印尼清真产品购买意愿的因素。作为世界上穆斯林人口最多的国家,印尼是清真产品的重要市场。了解驱动消费者购买清真产品意图的因素对于商业人士和政策制定者满足该国对清真产品日益增长的需求非常重要。本研究采用文献回顾法及质性研究方法。本研究的结果将全面了解影响消费者对清真产品态度和行为的因素。研究结果表明,在购买清真食品的决定中,有4个因素可以分析,即1)宗教因素,这一因素是最重要的因素,但除了清真食品之外,食品也是tayyib,不是多余的,并且带来了好处。2)心理因素,即印尼人对印有清真标志的产品不清真感到担忧,因此会注意包装上所含的成分。3)社会因素,是由参考群体、家庭以及当地神职人员的作用驱动的。4)文化因素,即由于伊斯兰教是当地文化的代名词,人们有时会加入购买产品,而不注意清真标签。
