The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of professionally necessary values and motivations of teachers of primary general education in professional and pedagogical activities. The conscious and meaningful attitude of teachers to the needs of transforming their professional and pedagogical activities, their assimilation of the necessary knowledge, abilities, skills and experience in the use of innovative pedagogical and information and digitalization technologies, reflection of their pedagogical activities, individual-personal orientation and motivations are formed through special an organized course-seminar to improve the professional and pedagogical preparedness of teachers. 摘要

小学通识教育教师的专业和教学准备是为解决新一代吉尔吉斯共和国学校通识教育国家教育标准实施过程中出现的问题而进行的理论准备、实践准备和个人准备,涵盖了相关的专业和教学活动(个人和个人素质、属性、能力、心理-情绪稳定性、目标导向等)。本文探讨了小学通识教育教师在专业教学活动中专业必要价值观与动机的形成问题。教师对改变其专业和教学活动的需要的自觉和有意义的态度,他们在使用创新教学和信息和数字化技术方面吸收必要的知识、能力、技能和经验,反映他们的教学活动,通过专门组织的课程研讨会,形成个人导向和动机,以提高教师的专业和教学准备。在人格导向成分框架内进行的实验工作,根据专业显著性价值观和动机进行评估;实验组的形成在这一成分上有积极的变化,这是根据激励价值标准来评估的。
