The enzyme preparation Viskoferm was the most effective for the mixture of these macrophytes, with high content of laminaria and eelgrass, under conditions of temperature 65 оC and pH 6.0. The hydrolysis in 16 hours reduced content of high-molecular polysaccharides and increased the portion of easily hydrolysable carbohydrates. Feeding of the sea cucumber juveniles by compound feeds with this fermented mixture of macrophytes had a positive effect on their physiological state; the food was easily digested by the animals and provided good gains.
