The study aims to address new elements that are different from what is familiar and to know the extent of their relationship and their impact on job performance through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose and analyze the results through descriptive statistical models, correlation and multiple linear regression model, where the study concluded that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance.
