摘要

孤立性肺隐球菌无肺弥漫性浸润是一种极其罕见的隐球菌病的表现，即使在免疫抑制的个体中也是如此。本文报告一例免疫功能正常的老年男性右肺单发大肿物，术前CT引导下活检诊断为炎性病变伴肉芽肿，右后外侧探查性开胸切除肿物后病理证实为隐球菌。
