A total of 299 questionnaire surveys were conducted with cabin crew members who majored in the Department of Airline Service. As a result of the analysis, among the six curriculum qualities, image making, general aviation service, aviation safety, and foreign language education had a significant effect on the cabin crew's perceived job confidence, but in-flight service and speech and presentation education did not have an effect. Also it was found that the cabin crew's perceived job confidence had a significant effect on job adaptation. The effects of Curriculum Quality in the Department of Airline Service on the Cabin Crew’s Perceived Job Confidence and Job Adaptation
