As for the determinants of job satisfaction, this study chose salary, interaction with customer, and organizational transparency. This study collected the data using an online survey. The survey participants were employees in low-cost carriers. The number of valid observations is 208. For the data analysis, this research used exploratory factor analysis, correlation matrix, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results disclosed that job satisfaction of employees in low-cost carriers is positively influenced by salary, interaction with customer, and organizational transparency. This research sheds light on the literature by scrutinizing influential attributes of job satisfaction of employees in the case of low-cost carriers.
