Subjects with over 30% body fat were classified into two groups(exercise; n=15, control group; n=15). Blood sample were drawn before and after 12 weeks exercise, MCP-1, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and % body fat, were measured. The exercise protocol was conducted 60 minute/day, 5days a week for 12weeks. The results of this study were as follows. MCP-1, TC, TG, LDL-C and % body fat were significantly reduced in exercise group. HDL-C was significantly increased in exercise group.
