Achnatherum daqinggouense (Poaceae), a New Species from Inner Mongolia, China
Achnatherum daqinggouense L.Q. Zhao & Yi-ru-gui (Poaceae), a new species from Daqinggou in eastern Inner Mongolia, China, is described and illustrated. Morphologically, it resembles A. pubicalyx and A. extremiorientale, but can be distinguished from them by its densely pilose leaf sheaths, densely white-pilose adaxial surface of leaf blades, paleas being conspicuously shorter than lemmas, and 3.5–4 mm long anthers.
