For this purpose, quantitative methodology and correlational survey design was used. The sampling method was purposive sampling as the research had a specific target group. Participants of this research were so-called white collars working at an organization in Aksaray city, Turkey. The results demonstrated that employees’ general attitudes towards AI differ in terms of demographic variables. Also, it was found out in the study that there is a significant positive relationship between attitudes towards AI and organizational culture. 摘要

本研究的目的是检验员工对人工智能的总体态度与组织文化之间是否存在统计学上显著的关系。为此,采用了定量方法和相关调查设计。抽样方法是有目的的抽样,因为研究有一个特定的目标群体。这项研究的参与者是在土耳其阿克萨莱市一家组织工作的所谓白领。结果表明,在人口统计变量方面,员工对人工智能的总体态度存在差异。此外,研究还发现,对人工智能的态度与组织文化之间存在显著的正相关关系。具体而言,结果显示宗族文化、市场文化和等级文化对人工智能态度有正向影响。
