ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHILDREN'S POLYCLINIC AT THE «KAMENSKAYA DISTRICT HOSPITAL» USING THE IDEF MODELING METHODOLOGY

Здоровье подрастающего поколения является важным стратегическим ресурсом страны, так как здоровье детского населения – это здоровье нации в будущем. От качества оказываемой медицинской помощи в детской поликлинике зависит уровень и продолжительность жизни ребенка. Целью обеспечения качества является достижение наилучших возможных результатов для детей, которым эта помощь оказывается. В статье рассматривается деятельность детской поликлиники с помощью методологии IDEF0, IDEF3, а также с помощью применения метода «дерево целей» и построения диаграммы Исикавы причинно-следственной связи. Достижение адекватного уровня качества и доступности медицинской помощи детскому населению является одной из главных задач по обеспечению эффективного функционирования системы здравоохранения. Для выявления факторов и их взаимосвязей, оказываемых значительное влияние на работу медицинской организации, была построена диаграмма Исикавы, позволяющая более точно понять исследуемый процесс. Для визуализации и понятия целей деятельности детской поликлиники использовался метод системного анализа «дерево целей». Чтобы представить процессы, протекающие в медицинской организации, отобразить взаимосвязи элементов системы, определить ресурсы, правила и ограничения, использовалась методология IDEF0, предписывающая построение иерархической системы диаграмм. Для контроля деятельности детской поликлиники была построена диаграмма выполнения работ с помощью методологии IDEF3. Конечной целью применения перечисленных выше методов является анализ деятельности детской поликлиники в целом, а также выявление недостатков в работе данной медицинской организации The health of the younger generation is an important strategic resource of the country, since the health of the child population is the health of the nation in the future. The quality of medical care provided in a children's polyclinic depends on the level and duration of a child's life. The goal of quality assurance is to achieve the best possible results for the children to whom this assistance is provided. The article examines the activities of a children's polyclinic using the IDEF0, IDEF3 methodology, as well as using the "goal tree" method and constructing a diagram of the causal relationship. Achieving an adequate level of quality and accessibility of medical care to the children's population is one of the main tasks to ensure the effective functioning of the healthcare system. To identify the factors and their interrelations that have a significant impact on the work of a medical organization, an Ishikawa diagram was constructed, which allows us to more accurately understand the process under study. To visualize and understand the goals of the children's polyclinic, the method of system analysis "goal tree" was used. To represent the processes taking place in a medical organization, to display the interrelationships of system elements, to determine resources, rules and restrictions, the IDEF0 methodology was used, prescribing the construction of a hierarchical system of diagrams. To control the activities of the children's polyclinic, a diagram of the completion of work was constructed using the IDEF3 methodology. The ultimate goal of using the methods listed above is to analyze the activities of the children's polyclinic as a whole, as well as to identify shortcomings in the work of this medical organization
