The hypotheses in this study are (1) work-life balance and organizational climate simultaneously affect job satisfaction: (2) work-life balance affect job satisfaction; and (3) organizational climate affects job satisfaction in airlangga university educational staff. The method in this study use quantitative research methods. The subjects in this study were 250 education staff working at airlangga university. The measurement tools used Work-life Balance (WLB), Organizational Climate Measure (OCM), Facet Satisfaction Scale (FSS). Data analysis used multiple liniear regression tests with IBM SPSS Statistic 27 for MAC. The results of data analysis show that work-life balance and organizational climate silmutaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction of 0,000. Work-life balance shows a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of 0,000, meaning that the higher the work-life balance, the higher the level of job satisfaction. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作与生活平衡与组织氛围对艾尔朗嘉大学教务人员工作满意度的影响。本研究假设:(1)工作与生活平衡和组织氛围同时影响工作满意度;(2)工作与生活平衡影响工作满意度;(3)组织氛围对高校教职员工作满意度的影响。本研究方法采用定量研究方法。本研究的对象是250名在艾朗加大学工作的教育人员。测量工具为工作生活平衡量表(WLB)、组织氛围量表(OCM)、面满意度量表(FSS)。数据分析采用IBM SPSS Statistic 27对MAC进行多元线性回归检验。数据分析结果显示,工作生活平衡和组织氛围同时对0,000名员工的工作满意度有显著影响。工作-生活平衡对工作满意度有正向显著影响,即工作-生活平衡越高,工作满意度越高。组织氛围对工作满意度呈正向显著影响,即组织氛围越高,工作满意度水平越高。
