摘要

本研究旨在分析职业发展、工作环境和薪酬对PT普利司通印尼贝卡西公司员工绩效的影响。自由变量为职业发展、工作环境和薪酬,约束变量为员工绩效。本研究方法采用定量方法,共71名受访者。本研究使用的分析技术是回归检验。本研究的结果可以得出职业发展和工作环境这两个变量对员工绩效的影响不显著,而薪酬变量对员工绩效的影响显著。
