摘要

& # x0D;& # x0D;& # x0D;胰岛素抵抗在2型糖尿病(T2DM)中起着核心作用。2型糖尿病的另一个可能原因是缺乏25-羟基维生素D [25(OH)D],尽管其潜在机制尚不清楚。监测T2DM最常用的实验室参数是空腹血糖(FBG)和糖化血红蛋白。确定维生素D与T2DM患者HbA1c和FBG的关系。 方法:一项横断面研究,涉及100例T2DM患者,具有以下特征:18岁及以上,无肾脏和肝脏疾病,未接受胰岛素治疗,未怀孕或哺乳期,且在过去三个月内未服用维生素D i。使用Spearman相关系数来检验25(OH) d与hba1c和空腹血糖(FBG)之间的关系(p<0.05)。结果:受试者包括74名女性和26名男性,中位年龄56岁。中位HbA1c、25(OH)D和FBG分别为8.05%、11.2 ng/mL和127 mg/dL。维生素D与HbA1c的Spearman相关系数为r=-0.217 (p=0.03),维生素D与FBG的Spearman相关系数为r= -0.153 (p=0.128)。结论:维生素D与HbA1c呈显著负相关,与FBG无显著负相关。2型糖尿病的附加治疗应考虑给予维生素D。 & # x0D;& # x0D;

25-hydroxy vitamin D concentrations negatively correlated with HbA1c in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients: a cross-sectional study in Mampang, South Jakarta
INTRODUCTION: Insulin resistance plays a central role in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Another possible cause of T2DM is a deficiency o f 25-hydroxy vitamin D [ 25(OH)D], although the underlying mechanism is not yet clearly understood. The Spearman correlation coefficient for vitamin D and HbA1c was r=-0.217 (p=0.03), and for vitamin D and FBG,it was r =-0.153 (p=0.128). CONCLUSION: There was a significant negative correlation of vitamin D with HbA1c but not with FBG. Administration of vitamin D should be considered for additional treatment of T2DM.
