Based on this, methods such as annual analysis and non-dimensionalization were proposed.BRResults: The proposed method involved several processes, including data extraction from RAMVV, calculations of annual reliability, data calibration, non-dimensionalization, year calibration, and reliability trend analysis.BRConclusion: A case study was performed by applying the proposed method. The reliability of the warship weapon system continuously increased over the entire life cycle. 摘要

目的:本研究提出了一种舰船武器系统可靠性趋势分析流程,利用实际故障数据制定舰船维修政策,从而加强对现场数据RAM分析结果的利用。方法:综述了舰船武器系统的特点和可从现场数据RAM分析结果中提取的数据类型。在此基础上,提出了年度分析和无量纲化等方法。结果:该方法包括RAMVV数据提取、年可靠度计算、数据校准、无量纲化、年校准、可靠性趋势分析等过程。结论:应用本文提出的方法进行了个案研究。舰船武器系统的可靠性在整个生命周期内不断提高。此外,这一趋势在包括各种船只在内的部分也清楚地观察到;因此,预计通过大量数据的积累,趋势分析的可靠性将得到提高。
