For this purpose, the data obtained through the \"School Leadership Scale\" and \"Job Satisfaction with Profession Scale\" in the \"Teaching and Learning International Survey -TALIS- data set published by OECD were used. The sample of the study consists of 448 high school principals randomly selected by TALIS through two-stage stratified sampling method to represent the international population. The test of variability between the perceptions of principals according to the personal variables of the research was tested by causal comparison model; whether there is a relationship between principals' professional job satisfaction and school leadership was tested by correlation model; the predictive power of high school principals' professional job satisfaction on school leadership was tested by multiple regression model. As a result of the research, it was revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between high school principals' professional job satisfaction and school leadership, and as principals' perceptions of professional job satisfaction increase, school leadership behaviour levels increase. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨高中校长工作满意度对学校领导的影响。为此,我们使用了OECD公布的《教与学国际调查- talis》数据集中的“学校领导量表”和“职业工作满意度量表”数据。本研究的样本由TALIS通过两阶段分层抽样法随机抽取的448名高中校长组成,以代表国际人口。根据本研究的个人变量,采用因果比较模型检验校长知觉之间的变异性;运用相关模型检验校长专业工作满意度与学校领导是否存在相关关系;采用多元回归模型检验高中校长专业工作满意度对学校领导的预测能力。研究发现,高中校长的专业工作满意度与学校领导之间存在显著的正相关关系,并且随着校长专业工作满意度的增加,学校领导行为水平也会增加。对于从业者,建议从薪酬、福利、工作场所条件等工作满意度要素入手,并在此方向上进行结构性安排,以保证学校领导的职业满意度。
