War stress is a difficult experience that needs to be regulated. During the ongoing phases of acute stress and burnout, a population may greatly benefit from traditional ways of recovery, such as musical concerts. The project Recovery was launched by the Lviv National Philharmonia and the Department of Psychology and Psychotherapy of the Ukrainian Catholic University within the scientific framework and with the aim of strengthening personal resilience through listening to music in a psychologically sensitive and supportive environment.
