摘要

本研究旨在以PT J&T EXPRESS泗水分公司为研究对象,以工作满意度为中介变量,探讨工作纪律、员工动机和员工福利对员工生产力的影响。本研究采用定量方法进行描述性研究。数据收集技术是通过向80名受访者分发问卷,这些受访者都是PT J&T Express的员工。在本研究中使用的分析技术是多元线性回归使用SPSS(社会科学统计程序)。本研究结果表明,工作纪律影响员工生产力,工作动机影响员工生产力,员工福利影响员工生产力,工作纪律不影响工作目标,工作动机影响工作目标,员工福利影响员工生产力。
