The priority importance of microelectronic products, which are not classi-fied as high-tech, for ensuring technological security and defense capability of the country is stated. The study of approaches to ensure the flexibility of production necessary for small-batch production is carried out: techno-logical approach, consisting in the transition to more flexible technologies, for which the changeover to another type of product (another integrated circuit) requires less time and additional technological operations; organiza-tional, based on the distribution of production between several integrated enterprises, as well as the reorgani-zation of production for small batch production. Current production of integrated circuits in Russia, including full-cycle production facilities, is assessed.
