The data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Statistical Test, and multiple linear regression analysis. And the data used in this research is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The sample collection technique in this research was non-probability purposive sampling, a saturated sample with a total of 70 permanent employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The type of research used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach assisted by SPSS version 18 data processing tools. The research results show that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance; Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance; and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在分析Indomarco Prismatama PT公司的工作环境、工作纪律和工作动机对员工绩效的影响因素。采用的数据分析方法有效度检验、信度检验、经典假设检验、决定系数检验、统计检验和多元线性回归分析。本研究使用的数据是通过对PT Indomarco Prismatama员工进行问卷调查获得的原始数据。本研究的样本收集技术为非概率目的抽样,样本为饱和样本,共有70名PT Indomarco Prismatama的正式员工。所使用的研究类型是描述性分析方法与定量方法辅助SPSS版本18数据处理工具。研究结果表明:工作环境对员工绩效有正向影响;工作纪律对员工绩效有正向影响;工作动机对员工绩效有正向影响。因此推荐PT Indomarco Prismatama来改善工作环境、工作纪律和工作动机。
