 This resecarh methode is kuantitative . The populations are customersrs who buy or booking at the hijab cnvection CV.ZAM-ZAM Candimulyo Jombang wich around 150 customers in a month with 30 respondens. Data analysised by statistic test helped by SPSS25. 摘要

消费者在某个地方购买东西有自己的品味,除了当他们发现适合自己品味的产品或地方时,就会产生成为忠诚于该产品或地方的客户的愿望。本研究对象为头巾对流CV。赞-赞-赞坎迪慕丽·钟邦。本研究的目的是了解服务质量和产品质量对头巾对流CV顾客忠诚度的影响。钟芳(Candimulyo jobang) 这种研究方法是定量的。这些人是在头巾兑换店购买或预订的顾客。在一个月内有150多名顾客和30名应答者。数据采用SPSS25辅助统计检验。结果表明:1)服务质量对顾客忠诚有部分影响,部分检验值为2.125;2)产品质量对顾客忠诚有部分影响,部分影响值为2.993。3)服务质量和产品质量对顾客忠诚的影响是同步的,同时测试值为11.938。
