Many factors in the older aged groups interplay in diabetes patients. Increasing the risk of hypoglycemia and managing nutritional aspects is paramount in older adults with diabetes mellitus. This review highlights various aspects of nutritional management in older adults with diabetes based on the current evidence available in the literature.
