The questionnaire’s reliability was also confirmed by the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.724–0.949). The results indicated that most wheat farmers viewed the level of food security as low (57.5%). Goodness-of-fit indexes [e.g., chi-square (P > 0.05), RMSEA < 0.024, and GFI = 0.816] showed that the model had an excellent fit for the data. 摘要

考虑到环境挑战和粮食安全的迫切需要，必须把重点放在小麦技术上，以实现小麦种植者更好的粮食安全状况。这项研究的目的是建立一个模型，确定影响伊朗东阿塞拜疆省小麦种植者粮食安全的因素，特别是那些涉及技术的因素。本研究涉及全省110名小麦种植者的参与。使用问卷收集数据，专家意见确认其有效性。Cronbach’s alpha系数(0.724-0.949)也证实了问卷的信度。结果表明，大多数麦农认为粮食安全水平较低(57.5%)。拟合优度指标[例如，卡方(P >0.05)， RMSEA <0.024, GFI = 0.816]表明模型与数据拟合良好。回归分析显示，最显著的影响因素是采用小麦技术的盈利能力(0.621)、对改善粮食安全的影响和能力建设的概念(0.491)。
