摘要

高职院校培养工匠精神,是经济社会高质量发展和人民美好生活的迫切需要,也是新时期构建高质量高等职业教育体系的内在追求。然而,高职院校工匠精神的培养存在着培养体系不完善、高校文化环境薄弱、素质与技能融合程度不高、学生学习主动性不强、意志力不强、缺乏家校联合教育平台、家长综合素质有待提高等现实困难。工匠精神的培养需要制度保障、学校努力、学生合作和家长责任,形成合力,共同培养高职学生的工匠精神。
