Metode Earned Value dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menentukan estimasi biaya dan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Dari hasil analisis metode Earned Value diperoleh nilai BCWS sebesar Rp. 53.292.804.315, nilai BCWP sebesar Rp. 81.032.611.919, nilai ACWP Rp. 73.665.101.745 pada minggu ke 21 sampai minggu ke 30 dengan nilai cost variance (CV) negatif dan nilai schedule variance (SV) serta nilai cost performance index (CPI) dan nilai schedule performance index (SPI) kurang dari 1 menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan mengalami penambahan biaya dan keterlambatan waktu dari perencanaan. Kata kunci: Earned Value, BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, Analisis Varian. Abstract: The construction of a connecting bridge at Patimban Port is one of the essential mobility alternatives because the construction of this connecting bridge is targeted to enlarge the export market by reducing the existing traffic at Priok Port. The Earned Value method in this study is used to determine the estimated cost and time to complete the project. From the results of the analysis of the earned value method, the BCWS value is Rp. 53,292,804,315, the BCWP value is Rp. 81,032,611,919, ACWP value Rp. 73,665,101,745 at week 21 to week 30 with a negative cost variance (CV) value and schedule variance (SV) value as well as a cost performance index (CPI) value and a schedule performance index (SPI) value of less than 1, indicating that the work has experienced additional costs and time delays from planning.
