摘要

智能交通作为建设“智慧城市”的基础之一,作为改善当前交通状况的有效手段,尤其体现在城市中,智能交通可以为人们的日常出行提供极大的帮助,但智能交通系统(ITS)的发展也伴随着一些问题和不足。本文认为计算机图像处理技术可以在系统中辅助实时监控分析系统,帮助其开展日常的交通监控管理工作。计算机图像处理技术可以提高图像质量,甚至可以恢复一些损坏和不完整的图像,使其易于观察。还可以利用帧差等方法实时分析车辆和道路状况,从而定位和处理违规车辆,改善道路状况。
