In this article, the characteristics of the board of directors' composition and corporate performance are examined using relevant literature, and the relationship between the two is sorted out using agency theory and management theory. The frequency of board meetings and the makeup of the board are also rigorously examined, as is the effect of gender analysis on business performance. According to the research for this paper, in order to ensure a stable and sustainable growth of the company's performance, the board of directors' size and composition must be modified in accordance with the company's various industries and levels of technological development.
