Does entrepreneurship education affect the choice between entrepreneurial and employee logic: a case study of Tunisian students
This study aims to investigate how entrepreneurship education influences students' intentional decision to choose a job based on entrepreneurial logic rather than salary thinking. The concept of planned behaviour will serve as the conceptual approach. Previous research has centred on determining the elements that influence entrepreneurial behaviour. This study also attempts to identify factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention, attitude, and behaviour of university students taking entrepreneurship courses. A survey was carried out among 240 final year students from business programs. Using IBM SPSS 22, the data were analysed using descriptive and ANOVA methods. According to the findings, all direct linkages were validated. Also, it was discovered that entrepreneurial education influences the choice between employee and entrepreneurial logic. The findings demonstrate how students' entrepreneurial behaviour, attitudes, and subjective norms are influenced by entrepreneurship courses while making decisions about their entrepreneurial careers. Hence, the present study has numerous theoretical, practical and research implications.
