This review is a literature review, and a descriptive review method was used in this study. A total of 436 references were selected using representative journal search sites such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, and RISS, and among them, a total of 44 papers were selected in the final stage based on the years 2000-2022 using PRISMA flow diagram. Aromatherapy has been shown to relieve HF in menopausal middle-aged women.
