The data collection method used is quantitative research with primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of the study is all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah. The sample was taken using saturated sampling with a total of 22 employees. The results of the study show that, partially, achievement-oriented leadership style and motivation have an insignificant influence on performance, while motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on performance. Motivation also has a significant influence on work discipline. Meanwhile, employee performance has a positive influence on work discipline. 摘要

本研究分析了成就导向的领导风格和激励对员工绩效的影响,以工作纪律为中介变量,在印尼伊斯兰银行KCP Medan Petisah进行。使用的数据收集方法是定量研究,主要数据来自问卷调查。研究对象为印尼伊斯兰银行(KCP Medan Petisah)的所有员工。样本采用饱和抽样法,共22名员工。研究结果表明,部分成就导向的领导风格和激励对绩效的影响不显著,而激励和工作纪律对绩效有显著的正向影响。动机对工作纪律也有显著的影响。同时,员工绩效对工作纪律有正向影响。从研究结果的解释来看,成就导向的领导风格、动机、员工绩效、工作纪律等变量都对印尼伊斯兰银行KCP Medan Petisah有正向影响。
