The research was carried out at the Field Laboratory Experimental Garden 1, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, Kendari, from November 2021 to January 2022. The study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the planting medium (M) which consists of 3 levels: Soil (M0), Soil + Manure = 2:1 (M1) and Soil + Rice Husk = 2:1 (M2). The second factor is liquid organic fertilizer (M2). P) which consisted of 3 levels: POC 0 ml L-1 (P0), POC 10 ml L-1 (P1) and POC 20 ml L-1 (P2). There were 9 treatment combinations and arranged into three groups, so there were 27 experimental units. The variables observed were plant height, number of leave and tillers, plant and root fresh weight, plant and root dry weight. The results showed that treatment of planting media, the application of liquid fertilizer and the interaction between the two treatments on the leaves of gamal had a very significant effect on all observed variables. 摘要
本研究旨在确定不同种植介质和施用液态有机肥对芹菜植株生长和产量的影响。该研究于2021年11月至2022年1月在肯达里Halu Oleo大学农学院1号大田实验室实验园进行。本研究采用由2个因素组成的因子随机区组设计。第一个因素是种植介质(M),由3个层次组成:土壤(M0)、土壤+粪肥= 2:1 (M1)和土壤+稻壳= 2:1 (M2)。第二个因素是液体有机肥(M2)。其中POC 0 ml L-1 (P0)、POC 10 ml L-1 (P1)和POC 20 ml L-1 (P2) 3个水平。共9个治疗组合,分为3组,共27个实验单位。观察到的变量为株高、叶数和分蘖数、植株和根系鲜重、植株和根系干重。结果表明,种植介质处理、液肥施用以及两种处理对甘菊叶片的交互作用对各观测变量均有极显著影响。M0P2的相互作用效果最好。
