摘要

在巴西东部亚马逊矿区的森林恢复计划的背景下,本研究的目的是在矿山附近的森林遗迹中鉴定abu -seringarana (Ecclinusa sp.)树木的种类。由于单靠外部形态鉴定较为困难,故采用分子分析方法进行鉴定。对Embrapa植物标本馆收集的3种乔木的叶片样品与Ecclinusa进行了比较。采用CTAB改良方案提取DNA,用ITS标记进行测序。形态学鉴定及与GenBank资料比对表明,该个体属于贵州Ecclinusa guianensis,确认其为矿区特有物种。
