IMPROVEMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE NARCOLOGICAL DISPENSARY BASED ON METHODS OF SYSTEM ANALYSIS, PLANNING AND FORECASTING

В мировом сообществе проблема наркологической зависимости является одной из наиболее социально важных. Она охватывает большое число сфер медицинской науки – психология, наркология, психотерапия, токсикология и т.д. Употребление ПАВ разрушает не только жизнь самого человека, но и окружающих его людей. Решение проблемы немедицинского потребления ПАВ в нашем государстве сейчас выходит на первый план и достигается в большинстве своем за счет модернизации оказываемой наркологической помощи, что требует подробного и качественного анализа деятельности различных наркологических структур. Проведен анализ организационной структуры наркологического диспансера и методов повышения оказываемой в нем помощи. В данной научно-исследовательской работе были изучены основные показатели деятельности и заболеваемости на территории работы диспансера. Построены модели работы организации и планов ее развития для совершенствования деятельности, составления и исследования прогноза развития наркологической заболеваемости. Созданы системы, позволяющие повышать эффективность работы учреждения, обосновать ее целесообразность и произвести технико-экономический анализ предполагаемой разработки. В результате проведенной исследовательской работы были разработаны схемы и модели по организации работы наркологического диспансера, произведены исследования и прогнозы по динамике заболевания на территории, охватываемой помощью учреждения. Также были построены возможные решения совершенствования деятельности на основании статистических показателей и разработан программный продукт, позволяющий производить психологический скрининг наркологических расстройств и обоснование принимаемого нами решения In the world community, the problem of drug addiction is one of the most socially important. It covers a large number of areas of medical science – psychology, narcology, psychotherapy, toxicology, etc. The use of surfactants destroys not only the life of the person himself, but also the people around him. The solution of the problem of non-medical use of surfactants in our state is now coming to the fore and is achieved in most cases through the modernization of the drug treatment provided, which requires its detailed and qualitative analysis of the activities of various drug treatment structures. There was an analysis of the organizational structure of the narcological dispensary and methods of increasing the assistance provided in it. In this research work, the main indicators of activity and morbidity in the territory of the dispensary were studied. The models of the organization's work and its development plans for improving its activities are constructed, the preparation and research of the forecast of the development of drug-related morbidity. Creation of a system that makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the institution's work, substantiation of its feasibility and technical and economic analysis of the proposed development. As a result of the research work, schemes and models were developed for the organization of the work of the narcological dispensary, studies and forecasts were made on the dynamics of the disease in the territory covered by the institution's assistance. Also, possible solutions for improving activities based on statistical indicators were constructed and a software product was developed that allows for psychological screening of drug-related disorders and justification of the decision we make
