摘要

本文针对烹饪与营养教育(本科)专业课程中思想政治教育实施中存在的问题提出了解决方案。从科技报国、工程伦理、工匠精神、师德标准四大思想政治目标出发,探索烹饪与营养教育专业课程中的思想政治要素并寻求整合途径,总结出公共课、专业课、实训课与思想政治教育的联动机制。为培养具有创新精神和良好职业道德的技能型人才提供理论依据。
