This paper firstly identifies the specific problems in Chinese college English cooperative learning, like inactive attitude, unequal participation opportunities, lack of effective organization and guidance, and cultural differences. Special attention is paid to problems induced by cultural reasons because it’s particular to Chinese college English cooperative learning.
