The purpose of this study is to know the validity of the development of the human respiratory system e-module on conception level. This type of research and development (R&D) with the borg and gall model simplified to 4 stages of a basic, planning, development and testing. Data analysis shows the level of validity of the e-modules of the human respiratory system matter has an average of 69.16 % with the \"valid\" category.
