The factor structure and preliminary model are evaluated through Exploratory Factor Analysis. The first order and higher order Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) models are evolved by estimating coefficients, covariance matrix, variances and performance indices. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is employed to develop and assess the validity and reliability of the structural model. 摘要

本研究的目的是开发和验证一个合适的结构模型,通过技术转让将研发组织的成功创新/想法/方法商业化。调查数据是从310名目标参与者的231份回答中提取出来的,根据文献调查设计了包含60个问题的结构化问卷。通过探索性因子分析对因子结构和初步模型进行了评价。通过估计系数、协方差矩阵、方差和绩效指标,推导出一阶和高阶验证性因子分析(CFA)模型。采用结构方程模型(SEM)来开发和评估结构模型的有效性和可靠性。结果表明,所开发的结构模型已经达到了所需的度量水平,并且可以在研发组织和行业中实现成功的商业化。
