简介:COVID-19大流行影响了全球6.65亿多人。在西班牙,截至2022年4月,23%的急性肾衰竭病例是由肾小球疾病引起的。我们的主要目标是分析2018-2022年期间疑似感染/疫苗相关肾小球肾炎的发生率。患者和方法:我们收集了感染/疫苗接种后出现肾小球病理的患者的人口学、临床和组织学变量。作为对照组,我们纳入了2018年至2022年期间定期接受肾脏活检的肾小球损伤组织学模式相同的患者。结果:在2021年8月至2022年4月期间,我们观察到GNRP增加,并鉴定了34例肾小球病理形态学模式的患者,其中大多数为ANCA GNRP阳性。7例疑似与疫苗接种有关,2例与感染有关。本研究的目的是评估一项研究,该研究的目的是评估慢性肾病患者的肾活检。在此期间,尽管文献中有描述,但我们没有IgA肾病或轻微病变的病例。结论:在我们的环境中,感染和免疫与2018-2022年期间发生免疫复合物沉积的GNRP风险增加相关,但没有达到统计学意义(RR 3.07;95% ci 0.27 - 33.54)可能是由于样本量小。
