METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION OF MODULAR FORENSIC METHODS OF INVESTIGATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC PROSECUTION

Статья посвящена исследованию предпосылок и методологии формирования в рамках криминалистической науки модульных криминалистических методик расследования и поддержания государственного обвинения. Представлена авторская точка зрения на возможные варианты развития такого направления в рамках криминалистической науки. Обосновывается тесная связь криминалистических методик расследования и последующего поддержания обвинения в суде. Приводятся аргументы в пользу преимущества модульного подхода в формировании криминалистической методики. The article is devoted to the study of the prerequisites and methodology for the formation of modular forensic methods of investigation and support of public prosecutio n within the framework of forensic science. The author's point of view on possible options for the development of such a direction within the framework of forensic science is presented. The close connection of the forensic methods of investigation and the subsequent support of the prosecution in court is substantiated. The arguments in favor of the advantages of the modular approach in the formation of forensic methodology are presented.
