The average person has also been significantly impacted by changes in the timing of their sleep and wakefulness, as well as by the absence of physical activity and the inclusion of outside junk foods in their diet. Alterations to one's lifestyle, together with consistent yoga practice, may be useful in reversing the course of this worsening illness and enhancing the health and well-being of the general population.
