The research method used a survey method and tested the chemical quality of fresh milk from the morning milking of 10 Sapera goats. The observed parameters of the chemical quality of fresh milk are protein content, fat and specific gravity of milk. The collected test result data is then tabulated and averaged using MS. Office Excel and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the chemical quality of fresh milk on average had a protein content of 4.71%, fat of 6.70%, and specific gravity of 1.3139 g/ml. 摘要

对万隆县大阳奶牛场萨帕拉山羊奶的化学品质进行了研究。本研究旨在测定及检验大阳奶牛场鲜奶的化学品质。该研究于2023年5月至6月在万隆邦加连干区Wayang奶牛场,日惹Mercu Buana大学农业工业学院营养与动物产品技术实验室和Gadjah Mada大学农业技术学院食品技术与农产品测试实验室进行。研究方法采用问卷调查法,对10只萨比拉山羊清晨挤奶的鲜奶进行化学品质检测。鲜奶化学品质的观测参数为蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和牛奶比重。然后将收集到的测试结果数据制成表格,使用ms Office Excel进行平均,并进行描述性分析。结果表明,鲜奶化学品质平均蛋白质含量为4.71%,脂肪含量为6.70%,比重为1.3139 g/ml。结果表明,大阳奶牛场鲜奶化学质量良好,符合2011年印尼国家标准(SNI)。
