This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents and all of them were employees at Burger King Store Pondok Bambu and Burger King Store Lagoon Avenue, the research method used multiple and simple linear regression analysis. 摘要
确定薪酬和工作文化对汉堡王区域bk86员工绩效的影响。本研究属于因果关联研究范畴，采用定量方法。本研究通过发放问卷的方式进行，受访者均为Pondok Bambu汉堡王店和Burger King Lagoon Avenue汉堡王店的员工，研究方法采用多元和简单线性回归分析。研究结果表明，在bk86地区，薪酬和工作文化以多种简单的方式对汉堡王门店员工的绩效产生积极影响。
